	What a wonderful find for you two. I wonder just how many people did keep their letters? My mum and dad had to throw an awful lot of stuff away, as he was in the army and we travelled with him. The accumulated belongs we had would have been far too much to be carried around everywhere. Enjoy them both of you. a good laugh, a good cry, and a wonderful incite into your parents love. And your mum was so so strong! How many women as strong as her are about today?? Deanna X

Member Since: May 2007 Posts: 4,621 Send Message	Well Stray just wasted an hour ordering on line for the order to be cancelled by Tesco because they cannot contact my card provider - arrrghhhhh. To top it OH has now got a nice new bed on order from another company - using said credit card that Tesco refused and he does not need one really -okay one of the corners broke and the bed is now propped up on bricks but hey - its stronger than before! lol Teen xxx

Got nothing like it in my house and it was my grandparents house - they got rid of everything well before they snuffed it - and we have been in the loft and not even a dead mouse! lol See you later, better do me ordering now. ! I am supposed to be ordering a bed for meself on line but it I had to see if there was more and I am not disappointed. lol Joy it just gets better and better. How historical are some of those letters and I am intrigued about the VIP - you will have to google that person if a name was given to have a look. I will be back later on for any more. 	I BETTER PRACTICE MY HISSY FITS JUST IN CASE TW BUT I WOULD BE HONORED IF THEY WERE RELATED TAKES A GIANT STROP AND SCREAMS TILL I AM SICK THEN FAINTS ( hows that for a start) LOOKS ROUND AT MY DISPLAY CURTAINS THOUGH NO DISPLAY TOWELS IN SIGHT UNLESS THEY ARE HIDING UNDER THE PILE OF WET TOWELS ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR LOL

Now I suggest you scan them and keep them on a disk somewhere safe, and place the originals in acid free folders to try to preserve them. You lucky thing! That is real history, and completely relevant to you.

	IT ALSO LOOKS LIKE MY MUM HAD A SISTER THAT DIED IN 1936 A MAY EMMA HALL IVE NEVER HEARD HER SPOKEN ABOUT SO NEED TO INVESTIGATE A BIT MORE RANG SOME OF THE OLDER MEMBERS OF THE FAMILY AND THEY DONT KNOW WHO SHE WAS TO THIS CASE HAS OPENED UP LOSTS OF QUESTIONS AND I LOVE A QUEST AND MY MUM HAD A BOYFRIEND WHO WAS KILLED IN THE WAR THEN WHEN MY DAD WHO WAS A PRISNOR OF WAR FOR 4 YEARS CAME HOME SHE GOT ON WITH HIM AS HIS MOTHER LIVED NEXT DOOR TO HER
