I have an underactive thyroid. Some days so forgetful, lose things, sit here wondering why no reply then realize either haven't sent msg or just totally forgotten!

Dad's had 2 - last one followed kidney infection which went into bloodstream. Frightening, almost lost him there. He's got pacemaker now, doing well but senile dementia, looked after by my step-mum (she's gorgeous!), bro's and sisters. He's 86 and diabetic, has 2hr tantrums cos thinks they're starving him - keeps forgetting he's only just ate!
Was such a stunning, well groomed man when young, love him so. Wipes eye.

Shimmering,I'm doing well,got to go back to the hospital Tuesday to go on the tread mill,just to see how well the hearts pumping,having a few side effects from the tablets but hopefully they will settle down soon.
The thing is i am still in my forty's and finding it very frustrating not being able to do much,but maybe after this test i will be able to do a bit more,until then I'll carry on getting a numb bum....lol
