It just gets better and better............lol

I bought some flowery sandals a few years ago....my Mum insisted I should have them......when I got home they weren't even a pair.........we had to travel 10 miles back to the shop to sort it out.......I have never worn them.........and they were expensive.

I do believe we are both a size 7/8.

Don't let them vegitate, Amanda. I can supply bubble wrap and a stamped addressed envelope.

Good shoes have a good home here. Strike a blow for "treat your soles like your soul - don't be a heel"

If I didn't send them to the charity shop ( when the cupboard under the stairs got removed ) I shall send them your way..............I think they would rather get the chance to strut their stuff than languish unloved in my wardrobe...............lol

Happy to swap for a pair of flowering cacti. Or a gourd or two.

You can have too many gourds, you know.

Or a luvverly Spanish donkey - if Rachel didn't bring you one. A bit like the cat brings "presents you would never have wanted in a million years"

Monopolise Grow Bag's trolley, plant the basket at the front with a mixture of peat and gravel, and - hey ho - you have an unusual garden feature.

Now, about the address for that bubble wrapped pair of shoes.............

But he is far to tall to be a gnome.........lol

pm me your address and I'll send the shoes your way if I can find them.

He could be a sort of "Angel of the North" - well, not an angel, and not of the north, but in all other respects similar.............

Arms out stretched to help with his balance problem when he has been on the sauce ( which is all day every day )

Just caste the old b***er in iron, and he'll never have a balance problem again.

Plus, you can charge folks a quid to visit him.
