House Rules...

1) One bottom per seat.


2) Do not lean back on the cushions.


3) You may bring your own beanbag or hammocks but no beer crates for sitting on. ( Elf and safety )

4) You must never flick popcorn at one and another ( Elf and safety)

5) No Animals on said seats or to look at said cushions..

6) Al alcohol must be shared and NOT stashed

7) SMOKING is allowed if you dont like ..go and sit in a pub...

8) Please remember your manners.....No eatting whist people ares smoking..

9) Any bits of gossip but must be passed by me first

10) No burping or trumping........or you must supply gas masks...
