Glad to hear you are coming through the *stages*. You have had your shock and tears, now comes the anger and bitterness and then you will come through all that and realise that it was for the best and will be happy (I hope). lol

I would put a time limit on the house decorating - make sure it gets done asap. you dont want it to drag on and heaven forbid he splits with the bit of *skirt* and wants to make up cos he has nowhere to go!!

My earlier thread said how my friend hung on and got the lot, and his fancy bit had to go to work and keep him, as he was a lot older than her.
Also her OH mother left my friend and their son all her money, as she was so disappointed with her own son. Was he annoyed, tried to get it but failed.

Tina, I would say you are coping with all of this with real dignity and it says a lot that one of his daughters prefers to stay with you. It sounds as if you put money into the relationship from the start and as you have cared for him and his girls for so long, you will certainly be entitled to half of everything, I would think more because of the effort you have put in compared to the obvious lack of effort by him.
Good on you, love, I hope things move on quickly so you can have peace and a new life asap.

My friend kept all bills she had paid with regard to all jobs done on the house. Her sons expenses when he was at school.
She got a good woman solicitor, who was really good.
So you hang in there Tina.

As I said I think the icing on the cake was when his mother left all her money and house to my friend.

You can imagine I was pleased as well, as I had sat with my friend in her hard times, and comforted her.

Tina,Under the circumstances you are doing well.keep the Positive Attitude and you wiil get past it and probably have a better life,good luck to you and for your Future,Look to it and it will help and meybe overcome the pain and anger you are feeling at the moment.**M**.Ps.If you have problems with "Revenge" perhaps you should contact a certain "Mrs.Bobbit" in the USA.I,m sure she would be pleased to advise you.xx.
