whats your definion of the afterlife ? (i assume life goes on) where? on earth maybe? is that why ghosts spirits whatever are seen by only the elite with open minds, a closed mind is blind ive seen ghosts spirts what ever people want to call them they sometimes come with warnings, such one warning saved my daughters life the doctors involved were amazed and certainly did not dismay my story saying theyed seen and heard all sorts but i had revealed to friends prior to this near tragedy what was about to happen cant be dismissed and not all visits come clear and with happy endings like losing friends 2 of to cancer i wish i didnt have this gift if thats what it is bridie

Lol Lilley you got me in one - yes I am an atheist and unfortunately a real sceptic when it comes to psychic phenomena!

My experiences lol well I have had three experiences with so called psychics - and well I would be better off looking in the local rag at me star forecasts!

They say you should not discuss Religion/Politics over a "dinner table" ..perhaps the same applies to mediumship! ..and the kin..! Religion..is up there with believing in mediums etc..as ur believing in a spirtual force..therefore I take it Kaz u must be an atheist..It does annoy me when people say .." I believe in God.."..." But not the afterlife"..its all but the same..It is all quite hypocritical...Refer to the Bible..

Totally agree LillydeliciousDot there are good an bad in all.....think thats why i tend to stay with the select few so to speak...an yes it does all come down to personal choice...which is a good thing..i hope...lol..xx

As in Catholic/protestant churches..you get vicars/priests..that do nothing for the congregation/church........In the past month I have been to my mothers funeral...and my neices`..Christenings..both priests were..(words fail me....)..This same philosphy applies to mediums..u get good and bad apples..Yeah..there are fakes out there..but then again..some truely gifted people. One could say religion is a load of Baloney..but why do millions around the world have such faith?...It is personal choice at end of day..

I think that is why I haven't been to a private reading apart from the cost,that no one would come through, after all they don't come to order, d they? I don't know any round here that would do it for nothing, altho I do think as it is a gift they have they shouldn't charge such high amounts as they do. A small amount or a gift such as you do seems right.
Going off to bed as going to a Garden show later so won't get my usual 8 hours lol

its quite amazein isnt it........must be so wonderful to have such a gift....only been to a spiratualist church twice but both times i felt amazed an the mediums that visit also come from all over so there is no way they could know some of the things they knew

Same here Rach, the medium in the church didn't know I would be there or who I was, she came from London and I had no idea who would be on stage till I got there.
