The onlty thing i can remember is that it was in the country and they built log cabins the villagers wouldn't except them at first, but they did eventuallly, but sadly the father was lumberjack and trying to find work was hard for them, the eldest lad had to follow in his footsteps but the mother disagreed with the idea but she had let him do the same job, it was snowy in the mountains, they were a scottish family, not sure if the title had something like a home for xmas in it or life in the country, i think!! but i might be of the track on that one, most of the children survived the epidemic, sadly some passed away, but who was in it no idea, i remember the film as if it was yeterday, but title i dont remember???? but think cap still on |

You can get Catweazle, the Tomorrow people and other programmes from around that time on Dvd. I watched them a while back, they didn't seem the same somehow. If anybody wants to know where to get them let me know. |

I do rememebr the children was given away to differnt people in the village and husband died and the eldest lad became the man of the house, and he had to work for the family to keep them going, the one lad said he wanted to stay with his brother and he had to be cruel to be kind and say no,the lad went to an elder lady's house and he said he would come back for them, Im still trying to rememeber the title and im still thinking |

I can remember that film, they all went through an epidemic, the father had to live away with the rest of the children while the mother stayed in the house with the baby, they were from scotland and settled there in the end didnt the villagers built a house for them, but the only thing is i can't remember the name of the film it was on xmas of last year. |
