Thank you everybody. I'm over whelmed by your kind words and thoughts. My sister and I have sorted as much as we can, and Mum's funeral is next Friday 4th April at 11am. The reason for the delay is there has to be a post mortem done, and as she passed away just after the Easter break, there is a back log (that sounds awful I know). There will also have to be an inquest, but that will not hold the funeral up. It does hold up the registration procedures though, as we cannot do that without the death certificate, and we can't have that issued without the post mortem having been completed. |
