I have had a brainwave!!!

We old uns need a sort of combined mobile remote thing that wont get lost - a sort of security device that can track us down when we wander, etc etc.

I think the police have a similar thing for ex=cons, dont they? an identity bracelet thing, programmed like a Sat-Nav with our post codes in it, together with other pertinent info. like blood group, bp medication etc etc. BUT with only one button!!!

What do you think? simple or what (the idea, not me!)

Who are you calling and old-un Jac???

Blinky Cheek! lol

I think as long as we wear a parcel tag tied to our wrists with our name and address on we should be ok...lol

We could swap places for the day.

Hayley for instance could become Hayley from Hampshire and I could become

Colin Empress of Drama.

Thinks I might end up in the funny farm to lol

I was only talking about me self and other people of a certain generation TW -you werent actually included as your will be in the Mark II phase of things, or possibly Mark III - cos I forget how old you are )))))

I dont like the sound of batteries though - that's an added complication - couldnt we just plug ourselves in for an hour or so each morning? (preferably whilst not in early morning bath).

Maybe an implant would be bettter? just under the skin like dogs and cats have, with a person monitoring each individual's movements through the day on a big screen - a bit like Big Brother (or Big Grandad) - expanding the job description of the Home Help.

I am seriously considering suggesting this to my MP as a means of avoiding the exhorbitant cost of OP homes etc in the future - it has to be cost effective, if not totally ergonomically effective! lol

Who needs a remote to have a one-sided conversation!!
My moblie 'rang' the other day, I rummaged in my bag, pulled it out and put it to my ear - silence. Looked at it - it was a text!!!
Not saying I'm Billy No Mates - but it's so rare for anyone to contact me on it (I usually don't hear it so it doesn't get answered) that I'd forgotten which ring was which!!

maggie *okay so I am Billy No Mates*

Lol Jac... and we could blame our saggy bits on all the implants we have, that is an absolute brainwave!!

Plugging in might be dodgy though...... we might all have to have a set of those GSD thingies to straighten us out afterwards!!

We could be re-named.... the Bright Sparks, lol

Love

Ive a good mind to contact all the people I know to get them to ring you :)

It would be great fun watching you take the remote control out of your bag and speaking into it lol

Satellites Hayley - weird things in the sky what can track you down, no matter where you are - on the loo, in the bath, wandering on the hills, down the Co-op - anywhere!!
