My first car was a mini too steve, it was held together with brown masking tape, she was called millicent! The garage i px it with nearly drove it through the end of the garage as it has no brakes, had to use gears to slow it down or use handbrake,oh, those were the days. |

Friend has a red MGA, push button start. Great to see it around, although he has to carry a bottle of "lead" to put in the petrol. |

my speakers were in the rear side pockets! My indicators beeped outside the vehicle, good for going round corners and warning kids etc! |

Yes, I had one too.......she was called Bumtitty because her reg was BMT.......rubber button on the floor and a pudding stirred for a gear-stick......went like the wind.......that is why I have this nippy Micra now, the old shape is just like my mini......I have had a few cars.....mostly due to OH wanting to change mine all the time.......put my foot down now......leave it alone......I am happy...... |

Steve, you obviously ain't seen the state of property in my town, granted it wouldn't be big and in need of a bit updating but most of the housing stock in our town is. 5 years ago you could buy a 3 bedroom property for £35k LOL |
