heres how to learn to fly.......
place large cushion on floor, in a clear space,
stand with cushion just behind you,feet together arms outstretched.....hands spread out....
flap arms gently and at the same time raise one leg till its horizontal.
now flap arms more vigorously, faster....now raise the other leg till it too is horizontal...........and keep flapping arms.......
only aim for short flights Initially

Please try not to worry, I know that's easier said than done tho.

I found a lump a couple of years ago now, when I was only 18 it took me months to go and see the doctor I was so scared it turned out to be cyst after all that panic for nothing.

At least you are doing the right thing unlike me, I think it took me the best part of a year to go to see my doctor. Chin up mate we'll get you through this.

I know we have spoken that much but if you ever want to chat I'm on hear most days dont post that much but still hear you could pm if you need a chat.

Hello Jax, my friend was worried about a lump and it was a cyst after all, but went through a time of fretting in case it was worse.....

.....she was told by the Doctor that these things are more often cysts than anything else.....
