And in need of some positive thinking and laughs from you to help me through it please.

I have found a lump in one of my breasts, took me a couple of weeks to suss it was actually a lump cos im a ditzy mare lol

Have seen the doctor and she has referred me to a specialist to find out if it is a cyst or something more sinister, I still dont have an appointment as yet but im trying to stay positive and think its a cyst, but im bound to have a few down days while I wait.


Im feeling ok today but obviously me head is a bit more whirley than usual and I may say things wrong which as you know I often tend to do anyway lol

I need to ask a favour of you though if you dont mind, if I get a bit down or stroppy can you please give me a friendly kick up the butt, make me laugh and help me back on track

Laughter is the key to my sanity lol

Not sure that we have 'spoken' before but I would just like to say that I think it is FANTASTIC that you had the common sense and plucked up courage to have your lump checked out.
How many ladies( and men too) 'pretend its not happening' and do nothing about it?

Im more worried about my family than me but I know whatever it is we will get through it together.

Ive been told they normally turn out to be cysts so thats what im thinking at the mo :o)

The majority of lumps found in the breast turn out to be benign. I know this doesn't help while you are awaiting tests and results but try and hang on to that thought.

From experience the waiting is the hardest part of all because the mind will spiral off in all directions.
