Must go and dig out my biggest cat basket... not at all sure where hubby put it... but wherever it is, I probably need a stepladder to reach it!!

No, It'll be at the back of the garage..... somewhere... but it is like an obstacle course in there, with all my uncles' stuff, waiting for my dad to get around to sorting through it all...... So hubby will have parked it high up, and in full view, and right at the back.... but impossible to reach without the removal of every item first! lol Think it would be easier to visit pets world now, and get a new one, lol!!

Still sore BC and not myself yet. Not been our since I came home from hospital as it still hurts to walk upright. feel about 90. never mind each day shows a little improvement.

I googled a few of my old houses, by the way... my last 4 are now laying empty and unloved... including the one near you. So so sad.... I've had such happy times, and so many memories in each of them.

Daff, the ones near me might well be filled again soon.

BC, holiday planned for 2-18 April so that is something to look forward to. and, yes it feels really strange to be so lethargic. Mind you I am forbidden from lifting or stretching for 2 weeks, and if I do stretch I feel it, so stop. all that makes you lose confidence in case something goes wrong. Hopefully after next Tuesday (11th) it will improve a lot as I have the stitches out then (ouch!)

thank goodness for GR and somewhere to have a little moan now and again. And for my lovely hubby who is looking after me so well.

I knew you would have a holiday up your sleeve! lol and yes GR is great for loads of things. At the moment I am supposed to be doing lots of other things but it is much nicer to while away some time here! BC XX

Have they been sold off then, Ann? They are lovely houses.... I loved it there. I had a gate that took me ont the park.. so convenient when the dogs were alive.

The one in the Midlands hasn't had anyone living in it for 6 years.

You take it easy....... and the stitches coming out shouldn't hurt at all... although the thought of it is pretty grim, isn't it!

We had to wait to book the holiday until I knew when the op was. we are usually away at this time, last year we had 4 weeks in Lanzarote Feb/march.

Daff, might be still utilised for the same overall employer, albeit a different branch all being well. Will be better for the village if that is the case.
Like the op, the thought is probably worse than the actual.
