I was not affected, but Errol did put in a lot of work and I want him to know it was much appreciated.

I totally agree, I think that Errol should be thanked for all the help he has given people.(by someone from GR)
I don't think that a years subs for free is to much to ask for Errol as he helped so many people who I know cannot thank you enough Errol

I got hit 4 times on this site but thankfully my security stopped it in its tracks.
Errol worked very hard to help everyone, selflessly giving up his time.
I stayed away for a day or two and I am sure others will have done the same so if Errol hadn't been so quick and thorough GR could have lost a lot of people through this.
Well done Errol,you deserve more than our praise for going the extra mile. xxxxxxxx

It seems to me that Errol was the one that Genes sat up and listened to - and he has helped many people, on the boards and with private messages. He did a sterling job and I am glad this thread was started.

Great to see so many people have already posted what I was going to add.

Can't repeat a good thing too often though, so, thanks, and thanks again, for all your unselfish effort Errol. We all really appreciate it so much.

How about a public commendation for Errol from GR, plus free membership, for LIFE.

I also was unaffected, I hope, but was very impressed by the time and effort he put in. I also feel that in addition to the free sub for a year or two that GR should put a thank you on the boards so that we know that they also appreciate his help.

Errol saved many people from following the on-screen instructions on this site from getting a nasty download to their computer,and gave clear instructions for those that had,,,
