Hi All, |

Could this be your William John? |
|||
|
Sarah | Report | 10 Dec 2007 20:09 |
I think that is probably my William John, he was single in 1899 so if he were to marry before the 1901 census then it would have been in 1900 or early 1901. |

It looks like William Guise married Elizabeth so your William possibly married Edith. |

Thank you I shall add an Edith Gazey to my search! |

Possible for James. |

Yes, I thought they might be, I have the marriage of James Leonard Gazey to Beatrice Athersych in 1911 at the Register Office, Aston Birmingham. |

Looking good, Margaret. |

Margaret, where did you find that, that is great! I wonder why they went to America? Presumably W. J Gazey found work there? |

Ozibird | Report | 10 Dec 2007 21:01 |
Looks like they were still in Aston for these births. |
|||

Sarah | Report | 10 Dec 2007 21:07 |
So I have William John in Aston definitely in 1899 and also in June 1902 (or at the least 9 months prior!) so odds are he is somewhere in Aston during the 1901 census. |

Thank you for that Margaret, that's great to know. Although I have been doing this hobby for a while now it turns out there is still much to learn! |
