Here we go again - as soon as I go to search it times out and tells me to log on again. If I EVER manager to use up my credits I don't think I will be getting any more. |

I registered with them this morning bought some credits. Went to use it later and just got an error message have e-mailed them but no reply as yet. |

Glory be, I logged in again this morning, expecting the old "error" message but I got in. I emailed them saying I can get in thanks and they wrote a very nice mail back giving me 5 extra days and 5 credits. However, I still cant look at saved images. |

Emailed them again today and told them how useless their site is also demanded my money back as I havent been able to use credits. Got a very pleasant reply and have refunded money and given me 10 free creds. (not much use when you get timed out in 2 secs) But at least they delt with my complaint in a swift manner. Some credit due there I suppose. Might give it another go in a couple of months when they get over teething troubles. |

Im so fed up now, managed to buy credits a few days ago but haven't been able to use them as I get timed out in seconds. Emailed them and was told to turn my firewall off, not doing that so have lost my £6. |

FEEL A BIT GUILTY AFTER READING EVERYONES PROBLEMS, I,VE BEEN ON SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE PAST WEEK, NO PROBLEMS FOUND EVERYTHING I WAS LOKING FOR. AFTER INTIAL COST WENT BACK FOR FURTHER LOOKS FOR FREE. THE ONLY PROBLEM I ENCOUNTERED WAS AT THE BEGINNING OF LAST WEEK WHEN I WAS UNABLE TO BUY CREDITS, EMAILED THEM GOT A VERY PROMPT REPLY AND SOME FREE CREDITS WHICH WAS VERY NICE OF THEM SHIRLEY IN URMSTON |

Thats what happened to me Lou last night. I went back to look at one I had brought up previously and sat there for ages while the slide slowly moved and then stopped and then moved. So I refreshed and sat there again. After about 10 minutes of that up came the internal server error thingy. Ive not been able to get back in since. PLEASE EVERYONE WHO IS HAVING PROBS DO EMAIL THEM. Lou, whilst your waiting ........see if you can find a 19 year old Ellen in Longcroft, Berkshire on the 1881!! |

It's driving me mad now. You're supposed to be able to re-view pages you've already paid for by accessing them through My Account. It's taking so long to think about it, it's timing out and I have to log back in and start all over again! Lou |
