Lou Can you get to the Office in person? My brother did this recently for a Death Cert. The woman was extremely helpful, there were several possibilities, in the end she brought the book out and let him have a look at each one! Highly illegal I am sure, hell, who cares? Between them they found the right one, he waited about ten minutes and got the Cert - all for £7. Marjorie |
