Still here??? Solicitor rang yesterday, the nfh had phoned him to say he wasnt disputing the boundary (????) but he wanted the boundary in a straight line (???). Erm, am I missing something here? He has also refused to sign the declaration that he accepts the boundaries and hedges as ours. He apparently said he didnt mind having a survey as long as we paid for it! So up to now, we have spent all this time and money and all he has done is phone twice to the solicitor! He has now removed some fence panels between the houses - decades old - which is says are in the wrong place!!!! The mans a madman - it has shocked me how little you can do when people are like this - if they dont respond in a normal way. |

Hi TC Had a dream last night about you and your 'possible' new dog. Everyone is pointing out that it is meant 'to be'. It came to me in the dream - join the letters together - tobe - change one letter, the 'e' to a' y', and what have you got ? - TOBY. I thought this was most apt. All the best MC |
