Any one having trouble importing their tree?

I deleted my tree early yesterday evening to import the most up to date version. It's now a new style system that says I'll soon receive an email confirming the import has taken place - 24 hours later still only one person in my tree -me. They bettersort it soon or they won't have much of a site!! jacquie |

Hope they fix it soon - I'm still the only person in my tree!! We should get an extended free subscription of 7 days at least - how many contacts are we going to get this weekend? ZERO! Jacquie |

I successfully uploaded mine after two tries, but found none of the photo's got uploaded. When I enquired, GR said that photo's won't upload - so beware. Regards - Terry |

2 days on and still no one except myself in my tree! The frustrating thing is that in the past if it did not import, I just kept on trying. Now I am told that the import is successful and I have got to wait for it to be processed. How long does the processing take? It says a 'few minutes' Has anyone successfully imported since GR changed its method? If so can you give me some tips? Thankyou Russell |

8 days!! Still just me and my branchless tree! Cant even call it a tree its a twig! Sent 3 emails to GR received one reply saying they had no idea how long it took and that they would talk to their tech team????? But this am alone I must of replied to 5 topics on this and added 2 of my own. Still nothing!!! Judith |
