Thanks everyone, I shall continue to make a nuisance of myself to them, until I get a result, I have sent them 4 emails, and only had a response to one, that in itself speaks of their lack of interst/concern!!! Who knows how many contacts I have missed this week. EXTREMELY frustrating!!!!!!!! Danielle

Has been 10 days and still no tree plus I had to renew my membership today, but wondering why I bothered!! GR emailed me and said the problem was fixed and to try again but of no avail, still on my lonesome. Am I the only one?! Danielle

Hello Judith, I just deleted my tree again even there was only me in it and tried again. The response is almost immediate and if you go to your homepage and keep refreshing, the numbers in your tree should keep increasing. Fingers crossed for you xxxx Russell

i wrote this the other day to GR Hi there i have emailed you guys quite a few times regarding why my tree is not on this site as i am a full payed member my tree should be on here i have done the import tree file thingy and still nothing it has now been two weeks could you PLEASE email me back as i have people wanting to view my tree and i cannot let them as its not there for show. Narelle and the reply Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention. We are aware of this problem which is currently affecting come people uploading their gedcom files to the Genes Reunited website. I can confirm that our technical team are working hard to resolve this issue and whilst we hope to have this fixed in the next few days, in all honesty, we can't give you a definite date when you will be able to upload your file. We do regret the frustration and inconvenience that this situation is causing you and by way of making amends, we have extended the upgrade on your Genes Reunited membership by one month free of charge. Whilst it won't be possible to advise you personally when you are able to upload your gedcom file, please be assured that we are giving this our utmost priority and it will be fixed as soon as is possible. Many thanks in advance of your patience and co-operation. Regards Julie
