Hello Kelly, I've found the rootschat.com site very helpful for some parts of Ireland. Some counties have 1901 census transcribed or people researching the same surnames. Click on Ireland then go to the county where you think they were have a search under the county for resources available. Good luck. Ireland is certainly a challenge to research. Jenny

I would try to eliminate an Irish marriage - have no idea how and where but am sure other people with Irish ancestors will help

i know that im with the right family as cath in 1901 is with her children ..no husband there but there is a john jennings down as uncle if you look he is there in 1861 as well i think im just going crazy....what a hobbie haha

thats them does this sound really dumb i presumed that it would mean catherine would have been catherine griffin prior to marring james keogh but i cant find a marriage for them any were... have i no idea what im doing ..or ..are they just hiding from me

hi to you all im wondering why ever started to do this as i think im on the verge of going insane...im tracing the keough/kough side of my family and i have got the free trial ansetry uk which i thought would help me a great deal i have got james kough and catharine kough back to 1861 living in walsall staffs with father in law martin griffin but i cant find a marraige for them any where?? can some one help me please ive been donig this for 12 mths now and still dont think i know what im doing...will i ever get the hang of it?? kelly(going slightley mad)
