Morning all, quick update for you,i have found a tree with several of the names from the 1871 census, turns out it is all to do with George abt1810,and his many wives,he would be father to William A (that brother in law) and grandfather of my William (via 1st two marriages) So (still to be confirmed) George is my GGGF (i think!) Gloria it was the right family that you found by whatever means, assuming everything tallies up i could be back to the 1790's possibly further Thanks to all involved yesterday, finally a breakthrough and now linked to Australia somehow (don't ask!!!!!!!!) Alice thanks again for looking for Lilly, as for Lilly, lets just say she is the needle in the (Hay)stack, and at the moment has been cast into the Chambers! Glen |
