Name(s),district,quarter and year as provided above will allow you to order the cert through the GRO.Oviously it would be for event,marriage. With these details the cert would cost £7 sterling |

Susan this is William Donald's birth in 1909 and the district info... Births Jun 1909 COLEMAN William Donald H Beaminster 5a 331 Beaminster Created 1st July 1837. Mainly in Dorset, but included parts of Somerset. Sub-districts : Beaminster; Evershot; Misterton; Netherbury. GRO volumes : VIII (1837-51); 5a (1852-1930). There first son William Donald Hugh Coleman was born in Halstock (I dont know where that is either). He was born in 1909 |

This must be them William Coleman Spouse Florrie Roberts June Quarter 1916 Coventry 6d, Page 1518 I found them on Family Relatives and it is the only match between 1902 abd 1920 so looks like they got married eventually! Hope this helps. Happy hunting regards June |

Florrie and William have one surviving daughter - she is now about 85 I think. I have spoken with her and she told me her parents never spoke about when they were married or the wedding itself - but she thought it took place in 1909....and from what I have been able to glean - Florrie would have been about 3 or 4 months pregnant. |

Only 1901 that would be remotely close to Whittlebury is Florrie Adcom Roberts age 4 born Bedfordshire,(Marston) . Census places her in Kempston Beds |

This must be her birth registration, just to prove her name really was Florrie, though if you have her correct birth date it looks as though she was registered outside the time limit of 6 weeks: Births Jun 1887 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Roberts Florrie Towcester 3b 9 Kate. |
