And of course in those days it was very easy to jump on a ship under an assumed name. I have a couple in my tree, both married to someone else, ran off together to the USA under assumed names. They took some finding - but lucky for me, they were going to stay with the man's brother, and that information was given at disembarkation. I am 99% certain it is them. OC |

My youngest child was blessed not baptised. Some churches wait until the child is old enough to make a decision for themselves. |
