I cant believe it, my credits have gone without me getting any info! I clicked on Parish records for Nottingham, and typed in Ashover (hadnt realised Ashover wasnt included), got no information etc but it used up credits. Then looked for my great grandads death...want there but they still took credits...no image came up or anything. Boo hoo. |

Hi Cherry , It only took a few minutes for me to get my email back. Have you tried to apply again ? , i know this might sound strange , but if for whatever reason it didnt work the first time you should still be able to get it .Also if it did work, when you try again you will get a error message . In which case i would be inclined to contact the site and find out what as happened . Hope this helps, i am going to bed now , i will check back tomorrow morn , so let me know how you go on . good luck Sue x |
