I have been on a quest this morning to locate May's birth in 1893 as it stated on 1901 census but as has been mentioned, i cannot find any trace at all. i searched on Free BMD on Syrett and mmn of Pitcher plus i just put May Miriam without a surname but cannot trace the birth. How very strange, the plot thickens! |

Thanks for that info ladies. I have been looking at both marriage certs and the first marriage in 1921 gives the groom's father Bert Evans as a Brewers Drayman. |

Yes. sorry just seen you response. yes a very complicated family history which i have researched on other threads so dont want to go over it all again. Hannah was a very colourful character, couidnt spell, read or write.(told a few fibs too!) |
