hi Maddie its me again you have no need to say sorry I have been looking through all threads what if my john james 1886 I know his father was john james as on marriage certificate of hamer and jj watt 1915 what if the hanaberry is the wrong one as it states on their marriage1878 that his name is james I was concerned about him as he goes all through life as james are there any outher marriages that I could look at if hanabery is wrong I would not know where to start as that was where I got the irish link a great big thankyou for all your time nutty Erika

Various other records re the Watt/Hanaberry family on the other thread.

1901 census says that the James Watt who married Catherine Hanaberry was born in Belfast.
We have not found him on censuses before his marriage.

If he didn't move to England until after 1871, we won't find him on any earlier census.




Again on the other thread, Maddie suggested this as a possibility for his birth - but we have no proof that this is the correct one:
