Firstly sincere apologies, we've been on holiday all week, with no internet connection, again I'm so grateful for all your effort and time, The will we have does say Samuel shaw, but all these names do link, when seeing Samuel does he have a brother named George my 4th great, george was born about 1777 but in 1851 census, it stated he lived in chapel street Ilkeston with his wife Millicent and children, but have always been unable to gain any baptism/ will for George to progress further back

These appear to be the children mentioned in the will. Children of Samuel Straw & Sarah Rowland:
Baptised 31 Aug. 1820, Ilkeston Alfred Straw born 4 Sep. 1819, Greasley (this one only has mother's name as Sarah, no surname, all others say Sarah Rowland)
Baptised 2 June 1825, Ilkeston. William Rowland Straw born 19 Nov. 1820, Greasley Harrot Straw born 30 May 1823, Greasley George Straw born 16 March 1825, Greasley
Baptised 8 Feb. 1827, Ilkeston Sarah Ann Straw born 8 Feb. 1827
Baptised 20 July 1831, Ilkeston Caroline Straw born 21 July 1828, Stanton Samuel Straw born 8 July 1831, Stanton

Vena, you still didn't answer the question "Do you have a copy of the will?"
Have you even seen the will or are you taking somebody else's word for it?
I am convinced that what you mention is the will of Samuel Straw.

Then there's this from Rootsweb which mentions ALL of the children that you say are in the will but the name is Straw not Shaw:
"Margot, Of the children of Samuel and Sarah (nee Rowland) Alfred married Matilda Brown, daughter of John and Mary, in 1860 at the Independent Chapel in Ilkeston and went on to live in Bramcote and then Long Eaton. William Roland Straw didn't in fact marry Hannah Shaw...he married Elizabeth Mellor, daughter of William and Rhoda (nee Palmer) at St Mary's Church, Ilkeston in 1848..they too went to live in Long Eaton (The William Straw who married Hannah Shaw was the son of William and Catherine (nee White)) George Straw married Elizabeth Eyley in 1847, she the daughter of Benjamin and Mary (nee Husbands) Sarah Ann died at the family home in Moors Bridge Lane, Ilkeston, aged 29, unmarried. Caroline married Benjamin Samuel Brown in 1878. Charles married Jane Rowley in 1863 and also went to live in Long Eaton. Julia married Isaac Newton in 1862 and lived at Trowell, Notts where she was married and then at Sandiacre, Derbyshire.
Father Samuel died on Nov 8th 1872 and wife Sarah on Jul 2nd 1861, both at Moors Bridge Lane (which is now Derby Rd, Ilkeston)."

It is confusing because I found this relating to the Straw family which mentions 2 daughters with the same names that you mention as Samuel Shaw's daughters.
"The Straws of the old Moor Brig.
We now see the old mill but not any house until we come to the old canal bridge. In this home lived the Straws. The two daughters had a Girls’ School, nearly at the bottom of Bath Street.
Born in Newthorpe, Nottinghamshire about 1789 Sarah Rowland, the daughter of William and Amy (nee Levers), married Samuel Straw at Greasley Parish Church in June 1813.
The baptisms of their children and the census suggest that initially they lived at Newthorpe Common until about 1828 before moving to Stanton Lock where Samuel was described as a lock-wright.
In the 1840’s the family moved into Moors Bridge Lane where Samuel was a ‘canal agent’.
That is where the couple spent the rest of their lives. Sarah died there in July 1861 and Samuel in November 1872.
Mystery alert! There were four daughters of the marriage though only three came to live in Ilkeston. Sarah Ann died unmarried in 1856, aged 29, described as a dressmaker. Caroline lived in the Lane with her parents until she married collier Benjamin Samuel Brown in March 1878. Like Caroline, Julia was a ‘housemaid’ and lived at home until 1862 when she married Cossall boatman and widower Isaac Newton. I have as yet not found evidence linking them to the ‘bottom of Bath Street’ school."

Ilkeston is close to both Derby and Nottingham and is near to the M1 motorway. Although Ilkeston lies within Derbyshire, it is closer to Nottingham than it is to Derby. The eastern boundary of Ilkeston is only two miles from Nottingham's western edge. Ilkeston is considered by the Office for National Statistics to be part of the Nottingham Urban Area.
I can't follow a Samuel Shaw through census in the Ilkeston area with those named children, but Samuel Straw can be
