Thank you Karen for all your help. Im new to threads so I think might have replied incorrectly, my apologies. Ive applied for Williams DC as I think it might be his in N Under Lyme, still not 100% though, and also for his BC that might yield a bit more info, any help you give is much appreciated.... |

Maybe anyone watching has more ideas on how to find a recorded death? Have searched all BMD and various other sites, have trawled through hours of probate files, is there another route I can go down to find a burial/death? It looks like my ancestors stayed put in the Staffs area, and worked, married and died there, wd like to find out when and where. MD Cemetary wanted £40 for a record search. Hmmmm! Not sure how desperate I am.. :-0 |
