Jax, before you take out a subscription look through the indexes for each of the churches. Usually there is one long established church and others are either nonconformist or modern churches (late 19th or 20th century). |

I decided to just try it for the day for £5 and so far have found 3x gt grandfathers baptism, really wanted his marriage but doesn't look like they married in Cranham although both sides say they were born there :-( |

It is possible that they went to another parish if they wanted a quick wedding. Some London churches were noted for not being too fussy about residential qualifications. |

Yeah It looks like Charlotte was Robert seniors 3rd wife (at least) as he was a widower when he married Ann in 1802 |

I have downloaded the will and it seems the sons name was Francis Boreham not Richard not that I have yet worked out what was left to who, or why this son got the house when the were 4 other sons and two daughters The wife got some pillows, blankets and table and two chairs (that was good of him) :-D and other children were mentioned that I had not come across, maybe children of first marriage?? |

Chris I have already added those but thanks anyway and have now decided to take out a months sub for Seax to find these other children of Robert and maybe a bit more |
