That would have been the SENSIBLE thing to do........therefore it hasn't happened

Well I think I must be missing something here as the old posts on the WDYTYA Live Requests do not appear to be marked as answered. This is pointless as members can add posts to threads marked as answered. Surely it would have been better not to have brought them back again and started with a fresh board.

It would also help if the team practised what they preached in their own guidelines and

a) gathered as much relevant information as possible to assist us answering the queries

b) stayed around to give feedback or further information when requested.

certainly not much action!


and some unthinking members have replied on last year's messages ................... ;-)

There seems to be three new requests for this year up until 12.15 then it looks like they shut up shop and went home :-)

No sign of last years look ups being deleted & so far (5.20 pm ) no new requests from this year.
What´s going on ?. Have there been no takers at the stand?

I doubt that many international members of this site will be at WDYTYA.

Will the Team's information be reinstated? I noticed that many people found it interesting to read about the Team; in fact, concern was expressed about the Team when the information disappeared not long ago.

One foot in the grave

I have just checked a couple of entries on my tree after reading your post and my own parent's and grand parents' marriages are now showing a year (which is wrong) and a place (Cardiff) which is also horribly wrong

Oh and my own date of birth has been deleted to leave just the year? am I not allowed to put my own date of birth in any more ?

so has this been sorted or not (obviously not)
