Thought people might be interested in this.
Just returned from a Family History Society meeting. During the course of it there was a point that a particular person has died in 1731, leaving a will, but because relatives and people who were owed money challenged the will and some of those also died during the course of the challenges, probate was eventually granted in ........... 1824!!!!
