I have not experienced HTTP Error 503. But I did have the following, which neither GR nor I could replicate. |

If you read this thread Trevor you may find out what the problem is and how to fix it....otherwise you could go onto Genes facebook page and eventually they may also tell you how to do the same |

I have had HTTP Error 503, Service unavailable, for the last couple of days and have been unable to access my tree on my Computer. The strange thing is that I have been able to do so on my wife's computer upstairs. What is happening? |

David, soon after the problem occurred there were threads about it on at least three boards all of which gave the solution. An announcement by GR would probably not have helped many more. |

I'm getting a 503 error on my normal computer, a laptop. This has stopped me getting to the site all day, however an old desktop gets on with no problem and I can Logon. Weird ! |
