hi, i have just started to do my family tree , my great grandad is on the 1911, 1901 census ( with his wife) then goes missing for 1891 (ive found his wife with the kids ) , 1881 in the 71 census he is with he grand parents and i cant find him in his first census in 61 . |

What I don't see is if he was with his grandparents on the 1871 census and their name was Davies, how can his parents be Henry Orlando Nelson Ewen and Elizabeth Southern unless she was a widow when she married Henry. |

Ancestry has Henry as Henry Fernando Nelson Ewens on his marriage to Elizabeth.The writing in the book definately says Orlando! |

This is Thomas's birth and if you buy this certificate it will tell you his fahters name and his mothers maiden name. |

Thanks for all your help , looking at the 1871 census could that Elizabeth LLewellyn be his mother and his dad died , because i cant find a Henry Nelson Ewen living with an Elizabeth before or after , he never seemed to live with his parents , where are they when he is 2 yrs old on the 1861 !! |
