Member Since: June 2005 Posts: 8,791 Send Message	Got an email from GR. They made an "adjustment" to my Home Page. Because I have so many contacts, my Updates are now listed under Messages. They asked me to try it and let them know how it turned out. Drop down menu under Message......... Updates and at left side........... Updates Clicked on one and got ERROR MESSAGE Clicked on the other and got ERROR MESSAGE I guess it didn't work :-P :-P :-P I let them know :-D

Might use that in future, save time! Ridiculous situation :-P :-P :-P

Error Message kept appearing. Googled for Genes Reunited........ every site but Australia. Googled for Genes Reunited Australia...... not there. I'm here on co.uk NOT GOOD ENOUGH GR!!! :-P Didn't sign out of au, had to sign in for uk

	Just had a response from the support team. They are aware of the problem & are trying to fix it!!!!! Thank me for my patience. Little do they know how thin my patience is after so many months of problems on the site.

Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggghhh!!! :-P :-P :-P :-P :-P :-P Three attempts to get on site......... EM EM EM .... then it froze. Went away and had a coffee........... and finally got in. Very frustrating! I'll probably get another Error Message when I click the Submit button

	I contacted Genes Support on 12th December 2011 about error messages and it is still unopened!

	I´ve just had 6 in a row. Have been unable to access any of the boards for half an hour after being logged in all afternoon without a problem. Thought it had gone OK again. Viewed 2 threads & whoopsie, off we go again. Have contacted the support team, but it´s Saturday. Funny how the worst problems always appear at the weekend when no one is available at Genes.

	I have seldom had error messages, but 9.30 this morning after logging on as normal and reading 'my threads', I was unable to access any other boards. Eventually I logged off, then was unable to log on again. No problem now though.

	Researching: Don't put off until tomorrow doing what you can do today. If you like doing it today you can do it again tomorrow. Be kind to your children for it is they who will decide which care home you end up in.
