Getting back to Richard Thomas Evans there are a couple of possibilities in 1861/71 if he was indeed born in Sedgley. Rather than speculate however it might be wiser to obtain a copy of his 1877 marriage certificate to see who he named as his father as this might help positively identify Richard Thomas in earlier census records. |

Thanks for you help Jonesey, very enlightening, will re go over all info and re contact my cousin, re pick the brain of my aunt. Good idea to check out the marriage certificate. Certainly lots to think about and check out., but will keep going x |
