I used it recently and it seemed very good value. I just took out the day subscription (£5) and because I knew the parishes I wanted to look at, and the rough dates, was fairly quickly able to find and download about 30 images from the registers. |

The records for Hatfield Broad Oak have recently been deposited with the ERO and are available in Essex Ancestors. |

My daughter-in-law is 100% Essex, If we cut her in half she would have Essex written right through her like a bit of rock!! |

I have been using it this morning and find it faster than the previous system. There are many more records available than just parishes A to F (I have been looking at Prittlewell). |

SEAX changed the launch date to 'shortly ' because they are having issues with the new programming that collects the subscription money. Also, be aware, the when Essex Ancestors comes online they have said only parishes named A to F will initially be available and the rest will come online in due course. |

Rollo, some of the places you mention have Archive Access Points where parish records are available on microfiche. |
