I have been told that an uncle, who married one of my great aunts, drowned when the Titanic sank. I have names and birth years for the aunts but that's it. Is there a way to find out who they married? |

On FreeBMD you search for a marriage of Florence J North or any of the others you mention. |

There are lots of possible NORTH marriages ... if you know the area they lived in, then you can eliminate most.... type in the name and it gives you a couple of choices...... I then go to census following marriage to confirm,,,, |

Portsmouth, South Hayling, Hampshire is the birth place of the North sisters. Fanny Dixon was from Lincolnshire. |
