When I access my tree from the iPad I only use the immediate family so enter a name. If I put full tree up and try to navigate my iPad thinks I want to zoom in and out so have given up and go back to laptop or pc

I can get onto the GR co.uk site no problem but as soon as I click on my Bookmarks I'm prompted to sign in. I have duly done this and been taken to the .com site and everything is working ok until I refresh the page and then I'm asked to sign in again! I can't be doing with it! :)

to be honest I only use it to browse. I checked my messages earlier but I dont know if there is a way to reply on the mobile.

It seems to want me to log in all the time these days? is that usual. It may have been something I have done.

Hi SRS
I can browse the boards but as soon as I click on my bookmarks it
directs me to GR.com and asks me to sign in.
I'll have another go :)

Your no numpty Irene you are articulate, and intelligent.

Its GR choosing to ignore you which doesn't make sense as they told you to contact support on facebook

Perhaps they replied to me because they just thought "oh no here she goes again"lol

Hi all
Up until 30th Nov I had always accessed the full site from my i phone by just googling. Then on that day I was redirected to the mobile site and found I couldn't get onto the boards.

I sent an e-mail to support and got a very prompt response simply saying that I would always be directed to the mobile site if I was using an i phone. Well I never had before!

I responded by saying that it appeared my e-mail had not been read in it's entirety because there was no acknowledgement of the problem with the link to the full site and I asked if they could give some sort of timescale for it being fixed. I haven't received a response to that..

WHAT IS THE POINT of a mobile site that doesn't work??????

Surely the tech team just need to fix the link to the full site-can't be that diificult..................

It was so easy to sit in my armchair with my Ipod --

Hello :)

Received a lovely email from GR apologising today and they said that they had informed their technical team. At least they know that's it's more than one person who is having this problem.

Will wait and see what happens.
