Hi Jan, and anybody else who helped me with this thread last week, I received my certificate back yesterday and the church they married in which came under Kings Norton was the Parish of Edgbaston - I amnot sure what it is called but I think it might be the Church as you go up Broad Street over the island towards Harborne it is on the left handside a bit of an island really just past there is Egbaston Girls School. |

Thank you all for your help in this matter, I have now got to find the time to go to Birmingham library but will probably have to wait until after the Easter holidays and children back at school. |

Are you aware they do some family tree workshops? I've been to one and am doing another in May about Parish registers - only £5 a session and nice to meet up with others who have the same interests. |
