That's my good deed done for the week.

Hope it's a healthy larder!
I too have porridge every morning and during the week it works well as I don't have to stop for lunch at all..........but at the weekend sitting at the computer......munch, munch!
Still healthy eating with no sweeties, chocolate, crisps, fatty foods etc.
A bowl of branflakes / shredded wheat isn't quite the same but at least I'm back down to a 32" waist.
My OH is still struggling with size 14/16 but she has been slowly recovering from a broken hip, then a replacement hip so she has an excuse........too much wine and crisps :))
