Robert Ramshaw next door may not have been Alices father then? There is no John Tom Ramshaw on the census for next door atthat time so could be a relative of the people next door or just a coincidence. |

It could be a coincidence, but there are also a lot of other Ramshaws in the area as well so might not mean anything! |

Ooooh, that's interesting! On the 1901 census Ada Eleanor is living with sister Catherine at 11 East Percy Street, Tynemouth. I went back a page on the census and guess who I found - Robert Ramshaw age 19, house painter. Will put details up next. |
