Only ot was mentioned above that a John poynter 1936 had died in the same year aged 1??

So that confirms the date of birth as being in JUNE, as it says on 1939 register, so unlikely to have been registered in the Dec qtr ( though not impossible).

it comes back to this Caris, you need the cert for the marriage of Edith as it should have her father's name on it . Then you might be able to find the marriage of her parents.

This one is Maud Martha Matthews on marriage to Wright 1909. So doesn't tie in with maiden name Biggins.

Possibly this couple in 1911? did they marry in Belgium?

Can someone search for marriage for biggings and wright? I find info possible edith Wright's mum surname biggings. Ediths mum died during birth in 1916
