well you can try local reg Offices some will supply .I always buy from

http://www.gro.gov.uk. costs £7 with that GRO ref and you only need one name to get the cert.

You have to register ,FREE,they give you a password for future use. You then fill in the form online. specifying the type of cert you want .ie marriage, tick the box on the first page that the GRO is known then all you need is to fill in the ref where asked for, payment by Credit or debit card,its a secure site!!

When you have done it once,it will be a piece of cake. plus a tip .I find the password is case sensitive so save the email they send you with your password ,and copy and paste the password every time you log in to order a new cert.
