Where have you looked?
Have you viewed the images on either findmypast or Ancestry? If so, which years have you searched?
When was his youngest child born?
Have you found Olive's death?

Without knowing when he was last known to be alive (at a child's wedding etc.) then it is a massive task to check each qtr. of each year from 1901 until when he would have been about 100. It can be done (especially if his death is recorded with both his middle names), but it will be a slow process.

Re birth of their children try FreeBMD which has an ever increasing amount of data on post 1910 births. Remember to enter mother's maiden name - you might find one or two leads.

I have a suugestion as to how you can occupy yourself when you have this problem all solved
want to start on my John Cadd??
He married Catherine / Katherine Mason / Masson 14 December 1741 in Edgecot, Buckinghamshire
Catherine's family has been traced back by others using the parish records to ca 1540
No-one but no-one can trace John any further back!
It is assumed that he was born in 1720 in Edgecot ..... although one familysearch record has him born in 1729. Methinks that is a little late!
He was buried on 22 February 1800, in Hillesden, a neighbouring village.
There was once a One Name Study Group on the Cadds ...... and they didn't get anywhere either!
People have been working on this since at least the 1980s.
:)))))

The only thing I have found so far on the name Cadd is in the Parish Marriage Register of Thornton Buckinghamshire
Robert Warner servant and Frances Cadd of Hillesden Jan 1783
I also found these Richard Cade of High Barnard to Ann Parish 3rd Sep 1660 Nathaniel Caddy of Taploe 1734
and I thought you might find this interesting 29th Infantry Battalion, Nominal Roll 1915 (May 20, 1915)
