In summary, I think the 1851 at the private school is wrong, as I have found the baptism on the IGI of Samuel Dunn, son of Thomas Dunn and Louisa Draper and the later 1851 census I posted has Thomas and Louisa as the parents.

Think I'm confusing myself too now.... seems I've found 2 possibles for 1851... I can't read the occupation of the father in the later 1851 I posted.. looks like a sexton something (which would be church related)

Guess we need other evidence to secure a conviction!! I'm off to the IGI.....

Margaret... no its ok... on the 1871 though, the census has Samuel's place of birth as the same as Louisa, as opposed to Peckham/Camberwell etc.

It appears Peckham is a smaller part within Camberwell. (re 1851)
