Furthermore, as you seem to be checking me out, could you actually read the thread dated the 2nd of September (my message advising what i would like help with) In this i state that i have looked for records etc and cannot locate them, and have asked if anyone had any ideas or could help via ancestry etc as they dont seem to be found on findmy past, therefore i do not feel that i have mislead anyone but am sorry if you feel that i did. |

Ian, the christenings that I found were on the BVRI discs. BVRI is British Vital Records Index. They're a set of 16 discs that you can purchase from the LDS Church through the Familysearch website. They cover christenings and marriages not usually found on IGI, although there is sometimes some overlap. They're extracted from parish records so quite reliable. |
