Hi Sue, Can you do another look-up for me please? I'm hoping for Poynts/z at either of these addresses. 35 Edmund Street, Camberwell, Surrey (I'm led to believe this was a pub Draycott Arms) 43 Trafalgar Street, Walworth, Surrey.(Newington?) Hi Sue, Don't know if you are still able to do Surrey lookups but if so I'd be grateful if you could lookup Richard Burns born 1853(?), (he was 28 in the 1881 census) in Vauxhall Surrey. Unfortunately that is all the info I have. I'd be grateful for anything you can tell me as he may hold the key to another problem I have. Many thanks Michaela

HI Susan Can you look up Joseph Francis Williams and Lucy Hannah Barrett they married at St Saviours in 1871 and were supposed to be living at 8 Charles Street, Blackfriars Road . Fathers names William Williams and Andrew Barrett respectively - would love to find out any info/birth/dates etc of any or all! Thanks Sam(on Martins pc)

Hi Susan Could you try for a William Samuel Crawley 19 [he could be listed as just William] in the 1881 census he is in Cardigan St Lambeth, in 1851 his family was in Gloucester St Vauxhall Walk he was not born until the June of that year. The family have lived in Tyers St, Wickham St & Vauxhall Walk all in the Lambeth area. I have found the name listed as Shawley, Cranley as well as the correct Crawley. May be listed as Crowley [but there's loads of them] His birthplace is Lambeth and he is a blacksmith/farrier. I found the family with a son Thomas, cant find my copy now, but William was not with them. Thanks, Christina.

I am looking for information on Rosina Chaplais living in Surrey She would have two sons Pierre b1861 and Charles b1862. She may have been living with a Richard Johnson. In 1879 she married Richard and in the 1881 census they were running the Duke of Wellington in Kingston on Thames. She had a daughter called Kate Emily in 1871 - her birth is registered as Kate Johnson but at marriage it says her father is Pierre Chaplais - Rosina's first husband who died in 1865???? I have also found a John Chaplais claiming that Rosina and Pierre were his parents but nothing anywhere other than his marriage on familysearch. Help!! Please would you be able to look on your 1871 census for me. Many thanks
