Hi Deborah, I know this is a long shot but, if you have the time, could you possibly look up an Arthur Roberts for me on the 1871 Mddx census. He was a Merchant and was probably born c.1839. I think there are only 2 listed on the England census so far. Many thanks, Kate

Hi Carol, Can't find a James Daniels of that age, but there were other Daniels born in Greenford. Looking for sonething that nay have been mis-transcribed and came across a Thomas Daniels 29 bn Greenford, looked at the page, and would you believe they live in Greenford Rd, Harrow!!!!! Must be a connection there don't you think? Here is that family Thomas Daniels Head 29 Labourer, Greenford Louisa Daniels Wife 21, Sumerstown Oxford Louisa Daniels Daur 2, Greenford There is also a Thomas Daniels 54 bn Greenford & family, and George Daniels age 40 & family bn Greenford If they are of any use, let me know.
