Find Ancestors

Yes I know. I did wonder if some of them are related to us but at the moment the main clue seems to be wood!!! A bit like my head at the moment. Gt Grandfather,Gt Gt Grandfather & Gt Gt Gt Grandfather + brothers & Uncles all seem to be either Cabinet makers, Woodturners or Furniture Brokers, which really helps when looking for an occupation. All these Sedgwicks keep flying at me but don't seem to be able to tie many together at the moment, just keep plodding along.Just been updating my tree had'nt realised how much I had put together until now. St.Peters is Leeds parish Church, near the bus station. The trade directories are where I have picked up lots of info about the families connection with wood, that has been invaluable. Besides tracing back there occupations it has also given me info on where there business were sited and it is all around the church area, so maybe one or two of them did decide to become more involved with religon after all. Loll.
